• All of the above services, including up to a total of 16 hours of consultations
• We will analyze your current financials and available cash flow
• You will book as many sales as possible for the next 12 months
• If possible, we will recommend a way forward for your business. If you agree with our recommendations, we will do some, none, or all of the following:
  • Three year P&L comparison and analysis
  • Three year Balance Sheet comparison and analysis
  • Financial Ratio Analysis
  • Analyze lines of business to determine which are most profitable
  • Institute internal controls that may be missing
  • Determine which underutilize assets should be liquidated
  • Close down money losing divisions/departments
  • Reduce overhead, including head count, as required
  • Recommend vendors, including your insurance brokers, with whom you should negotiate payments. Should you be uncomfortable negotiating with your various vendors we can provide this service on an hourly basis of $275/hour.
  • Restate your financial statements as feasible and per GAAP to put your business in the best possible light
  • Discuss/analyze your financial situation with your Attorney, CPA, Banker, and others as appropriate
  • After the above items are addressed, we will produce Proformas that fairly represent your future prospects of financial solvency
• Upon completion of the above, we will meet via Zoom or Team, and negotiate on your behalf with your Line of Credit banker save as much of your existing line of credit as possible
